FAQs
How long Beofre i expect to see results?
Muscle growth and development is a slow and steady process. It requires consistency BOTH in and out of the gym. It’s important not to get frustrated after not seeing the results you want right away. You cannot expect to see drastic changes within a week, however timeline is important. Within the first couple of months of consistent training you will start to see the results you are so eager for. Stick with it :)
HOw long should my workout be?
Time does not define a good workout, nor does the number for exercises performed. How you perform each exercise and the pace at which you do them is what can define a good workout. A typical workout for me can range between 1 hour- 1 hour 15 minutes.
Is just going to the gym enough?
Unfortunately, no. In order to properly fuel and energize your body throughout a workout you need to be putting the proper fuel back in. Think 20% gym 80% diet.
Why can’t I just train legs?
It is important for your body to have a form of integrated training in order to avoid overtraining and pattern overload of constantly training legs. A balanced training program should incorporate all parts of the muscular system.
How important is recovery.
Recovery is of the upmost importance when it comes to training. Recovery can come in many forms; warming up and cooling down, rest days, etc. You cannot expect to grow without risk if you are not recovering properly.
